Goshen Community Building, located at 244 Clark Street and featuring an outdoor gazebo, is used for various community activities, including Goshen Community Day, and as a meeting place for various civic clubs. It is available for rent by residents of Goshen, and anyone interested may contact City Hall. Washington County Lester C. Howick Animal Shelter, through an inter-local agreement, provides sheltering services for lost or stray pets found in Goshen. Goshen Community Day
Held in October of each year at Goshen Community Building, Goshen Community Day provides an opportunity for neighbors and friends to come together and get better acquainted, to meet city leaders, and to enjoy a fall evening listening to live music from local musicians under the outdoor gazebo. This family fun event includes activities for children. A meal is provided in the Community Building by Goshen Volunteer Fire Department as a fund-raiser for the department. Polo in the Ozarks
Polo in the Ozarks is an annual event benefiting Lifestyles, Inc. and is held in September at the Buell Farm. With almost 2,000 attendees, it features a polo match, children's activities, tailgate parties, a silent auction, and dinner and dancing under the stars.
